Business Owners

Thanks for your interest in potentially taking your company public through an Agglomeration.

(If you are looking to exit your business immediately or raise funds for your startup idea - this page is not for you)

However, if you have a good, well run, profitable small business and would like to understand how you can keep full control over it, yet have the scale and liquidity of a big publicly listed company, then please contact us.

  • Who is Unity Group?

Unity Group is a small M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) shop where the idea of the Agglomeration first came about and is your primary point of contact through the whole process.

  • What is the process to joining a listed company like?

We aim to steer away from the traditional Private Equity, painful process, and keep it much more Business Owner friendly. Whichever listed entity you are exploring for your business, you will be put in touch with a memeber of our friendly team who will guide you through the whole journey.

  • Which Listed Entity is my business best suited for?

You will have an introduction call with one on the team members at Unity Group who can find out more about your business, and help guide you to which Listed Entity would be best suited for your business. The main focus for each of the entities are:

MBH Corporation plc: SME businesses with no industry focus as the criteria

CMG Clean Tech: Clean energy businesses that tend to be start ups

    Incergo: Franchise businesses only

    Vulcan: Large Engineering and Manufacturing

  • Why was the Agglomeration model created?

We want to level the playing field for small businesses and reconnect the capital markets with the people that create the value in the world.  Entrepreneurs are problem solvers and we want to enable you to solve bigger problems.

  • What is Unity Looking for?

Unity Group is looking for well run, profitable small businesses that would be a good fit to help take them public through one of our publicly listed holding companies.  Target is debt free, owner operated doing $1m- $10m EBIT, but we also have solutions for companies that don’t fit that criteria.

  • Why Trust Unity Group?

Unity Group has existed in the M&A space for nearly 20 years.  It has been taking companies public using this structure since 2015.  It typically takes 3-6 months for each company and Unity completes around 20 deals a year.

  • Where is Unity Group based?

Unity Group is based in Singapore but we also have team in the UK and US and work with companies across the globe.
